The meals at the hotel were great, with options for those on special diets, and the staff was attentive to any questions or concerns. the location is also beautiful, with a serene forest and lake nearby. the rooms come equipped with USB outlets, which is a nice convenience.
One thing to note is that some rooms may be located on floors without elevator access, which can be challenging with heavy luggage. we received no assistance from the hotel staff when my friend fell getting onto the shuttle bus during check-out.

We had a wonderful romantic escape in the mountains. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The dinner and breakfast were both delicious, using fresh local ingredients. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from our spacious room and the relaxing onsen.
The location was a bit off the beaten path, so it was a bit of a challenge getting there without a car. the language barrier made communication a bit of a struggle at times.
